Write Now!^TM is a creative-writing card game, designed to stimulate imaginative thinking and flex mental muscles. In just thirty minutes players improvise a story from five cards drawn at random and representing the categories of: character, place, event, item, and motivation.   Each player may submit one 800 word, or fewer, short story based on the five category cards. This week's category cards are:

Character - Ogre with a heart of gold
Motivation - To hide a crime
Place - Chemistry laboratory
Event - Pie throwing competition
Item - Birthday present
