The Sound Unseen Festival kicks off with Rock n' Bowl at Memory Lanes

SPECIAL EVENT
Sound Unseen Rock n' Bowl

The Sound Unseen Festival is back once again, bringing with it a plethora of fantastic films, live music shows, and hipper than hip parties. Tonight's opening event pulls together local bands and their fans for a bowl-off at Memory Lanes. The Sound Unseen Rock n' Bowl invites fans to play four frames against bands such as Magic Castles, Lucy Michelle and the Velvet Lapelles, Lookbook, Communist Daughter, and many more -- the winning team will score festival passes, free beer, concert tickets, and cds. A fun yearly tradition, Rock n' Bowl is definitely an apt way to kick off this music-infused week of multimedia. Check the Sound Unseen schedule for a full lineup of events running today through October 4th!

7 p.m. to 10 p.m., Memory Lanes, 2520 26th Avenue S., Minneapolis, $10, must pre-register your team of four to karrie.vrable@gmail.com
